Information We Collect

We collect information that you voluntarily provide to us, including your full name, title, company name, company website, email address, mobile phone number, and any additional information you submit through forms, assessments, or communications. We may also collect publicly available business information from your company’s website and other lawful public sources.

In addition, we may supplement the information you provide with business-related data obtained from reputable third-party sources for purposes of data enrichment, verification, personalization, analytics, and improving the relevance of our services.

We do not sell your personal information.

AI Assessment and Automated Processing

If you request a Free AI Assessment, we may analyze publicly available information about your business, including information available on your website and other lawful public sources. We may use artificial intelligence tools, machine learning systems, automated technologies, and data modeling techniques to generate reports, recommendations, AI Roadmaps, or related insights. Reports and communications may include AI-generated or automated analysis.

All AI Assessments, Roadmaps, and related materials are provided for informational and advisory purposes only. They do not constitute legal, financial, tax, regulatory, or operational advice. TechForce Advisors, LLC makes no representation or guarantee regarding specific business outcomes, revenue growth, operational improvements, regulatory compliance, or return on investment. All implementation decisions remain solely your responsibility.

 
Communications Consent (Telephone Consumer Protection Act Disclosure)

By submitting your contact information and providing consent, you provide prior express written consent within the meaning of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (47 U.S.C. § 227) and applicable regulations for TechForce Advisors, LLC to contact you using live human calls, artificial or AI-generated voice calls, prerecorded voice messages, automated telephone dialing systems, SMS or MMS text messages (including conversational AI text messaging), and email communications.

Such communications may be recurring and may relate to your AI Assessment, delivery of reports, follow-up consultations, educational materials, marketing communications, promotional content, and relevant AI-related products or services. The frequency of communications may vary.

Communications may be sent to the mobile number, telephone number, or email address you provide. Message and data rates may apply to SMS or MMS communications depending on your wireless carrier plan.

Consent is not required to receive the Free AI Assessment. You may withdraw your consent at any time as described below.

TechForce Advisors, LLC will be the sole entity initiating calls, texts, or emails unless you separately and affirmatively elect to schedule or request contact with a recommended third-party solution provider. We do not transfer your information to third parties for independent marketing purposes without your separate affirmative action.

We maintain an internal Do Not Contact list in accordance with applicable law.

 
Opt-Out Rights

You may opt out of communications at any time. You may reply “STOP” to any SMS message to discontinue text communications. You may use the unsubscribe link provided in marketing emails to discontinue email communications. You may request placement on our internal Do Not Contact list by contacting us directly using the contact information below. We will process opt-out requests within a reasonable timeframe consistent with applicable law.

 
Call Recording

Telephone calls with TechForce Advisors, LLC may be recorded or monitored for quality assurance, training, documentation, compliance, and business purposes. By continuing a call after notice of recording, you consent to such recording where permitted by law.

 
Use of Information

We use the information we collect to provide and improve our AI advisory services, deliver assessments and roadmaps, communicate with you, respond to inquiries, conduct analytics, enhance marketing effectiveness, comply with legal obligations, maintain appropriate business records, and protect our rights.

We may use contact information to create custom audiences or lookalike audiences on advertising platforms, including but not limited to Meta, in order to improve the relevance of our marketing. Such uploads may be performed using hashing or secure methods where supported by the platform.

 
Sharing of Information

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with trusted service providers and vendors who support our business operations, including CRM providers, analytics providers, cloud hosting providers, communication platforms, payment processors, and professional advisors, to the extent reasonably necessary for business purposes.

We may disclose information when required by law, regulation, subpoena, legal process, or governmental request, or when necessary to protect our legal rights.

If we recommend third-party AI or technology solutions, we will not provide your information to those providers for independent marketing unless you affirmatively request to schedule or initiate contact with them.

 
Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain business records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Prospect and inquiry information may be retained for legitimate business development purposes unless you request deletion, subject to applicable legal requirements.

Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no transmission over the internet or electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Arbitration and Class Action Waiver

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this Policy, our communications, the AI Assessment, or related services shall be resolved exclusively through binding individual arbitration under the Federal Arbitration Act. By agreeing to this Policy, you waive any right to a jury trial and waive any right to participate in any class action, collective action, or representative proceeding. Arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis only and administered by a nationally recognized arbitration provider. Each party shall bear its own attorneys’ fees and costs unless otherwise required by applicable law. If any portion of this arbitration provision is determined to be unenforceable, the remaining portions shall remain in full force and effect.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Communications Consent and Privacy Policy from time to time. Any updates will be posted with a revised effective date. Continued engagement with our services after such updates are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
